i.    We are not a hotel, as such we do not have room service or provide fresh towels and linen daily. If you want this add-on, let us know!

ii.    Need tips about the area? Talk to us!

iii.    Do you need a taxi to the airport? Ask us to book it for you the day before!

iv.    We do not serve meals but the kitchen and the dining area are at your disposal! Please leave everything clean and tidy and label your food!

v.    All rooms and common areas are non-smoking areas. Use the outdoor spaces if you want to smoke.

vi.    Be considerate to the other guests and do not make unnecessary noise.
